Bar Car is a vintage horse trailer, custom converted to prepare handcrafted drinks at your location! We love to accommodate large gatherings, corporate events and small celebrations. We can provide a full bar, menu planning and custom cocktails, and we offer experienced, fully insured bartenders at all events.

Our packages include:
The Bar Car Mobile trailer, Licensed and insured bartenders, Bar tools, mixers, garnishes, and glassware (based on package), and Setup and cleanup of the bar area.
Custom drink menus are also available!
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, our bartenders are licensed, certified, and insured to serve in Washington State. Your event’s safety and compliance are our top priorities.
What types of events do you serve?
We serve all kinds of events — weddings, birthdays, corporate parties, festivals, fundraisers, and private gatherings. If people are celebrating, Bar Car Mobile can be there!
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 1–2 months in advance, especially during wedding or holiday season. However, we sometimes have last-minute openings — reach out to check availability.
